I always love presenting to chapters of the American Disc Jockey Association, but this is my “home” chapter. This was one of the first times I presented this networking seminar.
Despite delayed flights, snowy weather and lost luggage, this was still one of my favorite and most memorable trips. This was the CDJA’s first time holding a show in Calgary and I was so excited to be invited to be a part of it. And everything you’ve heard about Canadians being friendly and hospitable…it’s all true. Doug Shaw, President of the CDJA, did a great job offering sessions on a variety of topics, my dear friend Scott Faver was the keynote speaker, and at the end of the trip the local chapter even made me an honorary Calgarian.
